EBC TEFL Courses in Madrid and Online - Trinity CertTESOL and CertPT

I would definitely recommend EBC Madrid. The course organization and content both are brilliant. The course opened my mind about methodology and classroom management, increased my consciousness about learners needs and communicative methodology in general. Also, we had fun teaching and learning, especially with the Norwegian lessons. Without Tita and John's engagement and encouragement, it wouldn’t have been possible. Un curso muy intensivo e intenso, se trabaja mucho pero se aprende muchísimo. Muy recomendable si quieres ser buen profesor de inglés, aprendes todo lo que no sabías que habías olvidado de gramática inglesa. El profesor es excelente y sabe muchísimo sobre gramática, técnicas de enseñanza y motivación, y métodos de aprendizaje. Acabo el curso muy cansada pero satisfecha y lista para empezar a trabajar. A mejorar: las instalaciones son un poco vetustas, no ponen la calefacción, las fotocopias podían ser más oscuras para que los alumnos vean bien los trabajos, y el ordenador que hay para el uso de los alumnos es gótico, aunque el WiFi funciona muy bien. A very intensive and intense course, lots of work but you learn tons! Mandatory if you want to teach ESL and pick up lots of resources and tricks. You will relearn everything you didn't know you'd forgotten about English grammar. The teacher is highly knowledgeable about all areas related to teaching ESL, and gives lots of support and ideas. I have finished the course quite tired but content and ready to teach. Areas that could improve: the premises are a bit aged, they don't turn the heat on, students have a hard time with the quality of the photocopies, and the one computer they have for student use is from the last century, although the WiFi is very good.

Obtaining my TEFL/CertTESOL through EBC Madrid was one of the best decisions I've made to advance my international teaching career. From day one, the trainers and staff were incredibly helpful and treated the trainees with the utmost care. Although the assignments were challenging, they pushed me to re-envision and question everything I had come to know about teaching. Trainees are never short on resources, materials, and advice. Teaching English every week to a group of Spanish students was a highlight of the course. Not only did it help prepare me for teaching in Madrid, but it also allowed me to apply what I was learning into practice. EBC fosters an incredibly inclusive and supportive environment for existing and aspiring teachers. The 4-week online course pushed me in unimaginable ways, but I'm a better teacher because of it. The support doesn't stop after the completion of the course either, as EBC offers a wealth of relocation and employment resources. If you're interested in teaching abroad and enhancing your teaching practice, then please consider taking this course. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made!

I cannot recommend EBC enough. They were professional and kind. Everybody I had the pleasure to interact with was helpful and really nice to talk to. Our teacher was amazing and you can tell she has a passion for teaching and helping people. I got my Trinity CetTESOL with EBC and it was a great experience. During the selection process, they explained everything you need to know about the course and what to expect after it. The course is really complete and perfect to start your teaching career and/or keep developing your teaching skills, even if you have previous teaching experience. Thank you so much for everything!

Doing the CertTESOL course at EBC was one of the best studying experiences I have ever had. The course intensity exceeded my expectations, but the studying experience exceeded my expectations too. It was beyond amazing. During the interview I was given all the information regarding the course in a very detailed way and I was prepared to what to expect. The course itself was exceptional. Our teacher was so professional, patient, great teacher to watch and learn from. I enjoyed every minute of our zoom meetings. The Teaching Practices were very important to our learning process. The chance that we had to teach people from different background and practice what we've learned in the meetings was priceless. All the staff is so nice and Tita is really really helpful. I can't wish for better experience and I can't recommend EBC enough. If you're considering to make the TESOL certificate you should definitely consider EBC.
